Physical Properties
High Purity Calcium Carbonate is a fine white powder with high whiteness (≥95%) and a controlled particle size of 100-2500 mesh. With a Mohs hardness of approximately 3 and a relative density of 2.71 g/cm³, it provides excellent filler performance while maintaining low abrasion characteristics. The uniform ultra-fine particles ensure good dispersion in PVC compounds, improving surface smoothness, texture consistency, and processing stability of PVC coil wall covering products.

Chemical & Thermal Stability
The product shows excellent chemical stability and remains stable during PVC mixing, extrusion, and calendering processes. It decomposes at approximately 825-898°C under normal pressure into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide. Its stable properties help maintain the original color, appearance, and performance of PVC wall covering materials without yellowing or quality degradation during normal processing conditions.
